Originals by Ogette Acne Defense Face & Body Wash is a clarifying cleanser formulated with 2% Salicylic Acid, Sulfur, and MSM to deeply cleanse acne-prone and oily skin, remove excess oil and buildup, and help keep pores clear.
Salicylic Acid provides pore-clearing exfoliation, while Sulfur helps absorb excess oil. MSM, Niacinamide, Aloe Vera, and Honey complement the formula to leave skin feeling clean, refreshed, and balanced without the heavy oils and butters found in the previous formula.

KEY INGREDIENTS
2% Salicylic Acid – A beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that exfoliates inside the pores and helps clear clogged pores.
Sulfur – Helps absorb excess surface oil and supports clearer-looking skin.
MSM – Supports the overall appearance and condition of the skin.
Niacinamide – Helps support the skin barrier and improve the appearance of oily, blemish-prone skin.
Aloe Vera + Honey – Help condition and soothe the skin while cleansing.
HOW TO USE
Wet skin with warm water. Apply a small amount to the face or body and gently lather over breakout-prone areas. Rinse thoroughly and follow with moisturizer.
For first-time users, start gradually to see how your skin responds. Avoid the eye area and discontinue use if significant irritation occurs.

FORMULA UPDATE:
Our Acne Defense Wash has a new look and reformulated ingredient system. The previous formula contained Benzoyl Peroxide, Azelaic Acid, Ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid. These ingredients are not included in the current formula. The updated formula features Salicylic Acid + Sulfur + MSM.
One thing I would not put on the website yet is “sulfate-free.” Your formula contains Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (AOS); although technically a sulfonate rather than a sulfate, marketing it as “sulfate-free” can be confusing. I also wouldn’t claim “kills acne-causing bacteria” unless you have appropriate substantiation and compliant OTC labeling.
