1. Item Condition Requirements for Returns
Unless you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, all returned products must meet the following requirements:

Items may be opened only if the jar or container is still full and unused
Any item that does not meet these standards may be refused at the discretion of store management.

If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount unless stated otherwise.
